We installed a new ground pile and a 20,000 BPH receiving pit, cutting unloading time for semi-trucks. This reduced wait times and increased the number of trucks they can move through in a day. We also added a new 100,000 BPH Bulkweigher and related spouting for more precise weight measurements and being able to load a unit train in eight hours. Another part of the project was updating their fertilizer blending tower to a new 5-ton HIM Blender. Our team reworked the tower floors and replaced the existing blending equipment, resulting in faster load times and lower labor costs.
